Design Concept

The design concept for Flat C unit blends Oriental Zen philosophy with the magnificent views of Victoria Harbour, primarily using rouge red as the color palette to create a serene and warm living space. Special art paint, incorporating marble powder, was used to give the coating distinct layers and a shimmering effect under light, enhancing the overall visual texture.

Living Room

The living room is an ideal space for meditation and relaxation, featuring a low-profile taupe-beige sofa and coffee table set, complemented by soft lighting to create a cozy seating area. The magnificent harbor and sea views outside the floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light, making the entire space open and bright. The detailed design of the sofa and other furniture echoes the shimmering gold of the sea view outside, adding visual depth. The use of special art paint and marble powder further enhances the layered feel of the interior.

Dining Area

The centerpiece of the dining area is an ebony dining table, paired with dark wooden dining chairs and a bench, creating a natural and harmonious atmosphere. Above the table hangs a pendant lamp with Oriental patterns, and the back wall is adorned with a large Oriental ink wash painting, adding an artistic touch that complements the natural scenery outside the window.

Tea Corner

A dedicated tea corner for brewing and enjoying tea is set up in one part of the dining area, merging tea culture with Zen philosophy. This adds sensory layers to the interior design and creates an atmosphere of calm contemplation.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is filled with an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. The room features a multi-functional wardrobe and dressing table. The wardrobe doors are laminated, creating a subtly veiled effect. The headboard and feature paper wallpaper design add a touch of sophistication, and the custom-made reading lights provide a convenient reading experience.

Guest Room

The guest room design is both modern and comfortable. The room includes a single bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a small bedside table with a natural marble top. Soft lighting on the walls and light neutral tones enhance the room's brightness and comfort.

Overall Ambiance

Flat C unit creates a peaceful and harmonious living space through the use of natural materials and minimalist design elements. The touches of red echo the magnificent Victoria Harbour view outside. Every detail has been carefully designed to embody Zen and elegance, providing residents with a warm and sophisticated living environment.
